About Us
CHI St. Francis Health Foundation makes it possible to support what's close to your heart. We are a 501 c(3) nonprofit that supports the local hospital, nursing home, clinics, and assists Hospice with its donation processing.
We work hard to keep health care close to home and are able to offer an outstanding rural health care experience because people like you value and support it. The money our Foundation receives is reinvested directly into the community. We support our community through direct hospital and nursing home improvements, education and outreach, and various grant opportunities and partnerships.
The giving opportunities are endless. We encourage you to chat with us about gift ideas you have for support, and our Foundation Director is available for a visit to chat anytime!
